15% lifetime creator commission

Accepted creators earn 15% on eligible first and repeat purchases from their referred customers, calculated on merchandise revenue after discounts and refunds, excluding tax and shipping.

Participation begins after Casa accepts you and you accept your individual offer. An application, marketing signup or social-media click alone does not create a commission relationship.

Lifetime refers to eligible repeat purchases by the same referred customer under your accepted agreement. Later discount codes do not replace the original referrer. Only the direct referrer earns a commission; referrals do not create commissions for earlier referrers in a chain.

Commissions have a 30-day qualification and refund hold. Refunds create corresponding adjustments, including proportional adjustments for partial refunds. Initial payouts are reviewed monthly and are marked paid only after a payment-provider or bank record confirms payment.

Becoming a customer does not lower an accepted creator’s 15% rate. Customer Points, creator fees, product benefits and marketing consent remain separate from commissions.
